We appreciate your patronage here at the salon. That is why your appointment or class it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes emergencies occur and schedule adjustments are necessary. That is also why we allow you to give a 24 hour notice during regular business hours if you need to reschedule. Please understand that when you schedule an appointment that takes away the opportunity for someone else to schedule at that time. As a courtesy, we will text you to confirm and remind you of your service appointment prior to your service day and time! But, it's your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointment.

Did the salon prices increase? No
Can I lose my deposit?Yes, If you are 20min. or more late. There is also a possibility that you might not be able to receive service as a walk-in paying full price..
Can I get a refund for my deposit? No
Can I reschedule with my deposit? Yes, ONLY if you give a 24hr notice prior to your appointment by phone DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS.
Can I use my deposit for someone else? Yes, but they will have to keep your appointment which still requires a 24 hr notice.
Does my deposit go towards my service? Yes
Will I be charged the remaining balance if I don’t make it to my appointment? No
After 20min of being late even with a call- in will I lose my deposit? Yes and the full amount will be due if you desire to receive service AS A WALK-IN.
Can I bring someone with me that does not have appointment? No (not even babies)
Does getting additional services change my deposit amount? NO, your additional services do NOT change the amount of your deposit.
What happens if I don’t pay my deposit? You will have 5 min. after you book your appointment to pay your deposit or your appointment will automatically be cancelled. If you don’t get an alert of cancellation, when you get to the salon you might not receive service or will wait with the walk-ins.
How long is my gift certificate valid? THEY ARE TO BE USED WITHIN 90 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
Can I get a refund or cash my gift certificate in? No, GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Does the salon automatically add gratuity to my bill? NO, that’s your choice to tip, we will not force you to tip.
